For those perhaps wondering what this is about ... it's me having the time of my life in the role of William Webster Wonka, erstwhile inventor of the world wide web (with Al Gore) and Chief Geek at the SCO "Software Factory".
One of the great traditions of the former SCO was an annual "SCO Follies" production ... a full on theatrical production, to music, loosely scripted around a well known story and basically a bunch of in jokes and general send-up of the company. Doug Michels is to be credited with extraordinary good humor in fostering these creations, produced at the annual company party. Anyway, in 2000, the script was based on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory; I got to play Wonka. In 2001 (the final year of follies, alsa, just prior to the acquisition by Caldera), I did a as a Caldera salesman explaining "how it is" to the SCO sales staff. Be sure to check out the "Magic Cyber Ride" video.
As soon as a figure out the right way to present images using Joomla, I'll include some clips; meanwhile here's the link to the first of the six-part YouTube presentation of the "Willy Wonka and the Software Factory" video.
