Gianni Callipari class 1988, born and raised in Switzerland, approaching the word of electronic music at the age of 15: so young and so bounced by the security guys at the same club where, in a short time, has been part of the team. The real and concrete inbound at Nordstern club in Basel, isn’t just a methaforic: this club has become step by step, true and inseparable part of his life, that definitely get the right change to a superior gear. Here he finds musical inspiration, gathered by the power of the crowd mixed with the love for the music: balance with music planet now is up to date, we can start the journey.

Gianni became integral ed integrant part of the Nordstern family, becoming resident dj , sharing decks with world top djs like Ricardo Villalobos, Joseph Capriati, Carl Cox, The Martinez Brothers, Sven Väth, Loco Dice, Marco Carola, Luciano, Seth Troxler, Richie Hawtin, Dixon, Âme, Apollonia, tINI, Guti, Monika Kruse, Cassy, Raresh, Enzo Siragusa.

The necessary and logical fusion with the musical production become a step to do for his personal and artistically grow, using in the right way the friendship has become on with his country fellow Luciano: in 2014 his first EP called "Modular" with 3 tracks, see the lights on Cadenza imprint.

Clubbing world has been, is and would be his first and living passion: Nordstern needs Gianni and Gianni need it: simply a mutual way of life. “Out of Body” rises, the event series that as a mission, want to expose and develop young talented artists on the European scene, starting from the place where everything began in Gianni's tale: giving back what we get, creating a mutual legacy and respect, exporting his own musical product across European boundaries.
