We provide a special shuttle service from Awakenings Festival to the Warehouse Elementenstraat.

Bikes
We’ve built a special bike parking close to the event. Follow the signs and park your bike there. Bikes parked at other inconvenient places will be removed due to safety regulations. Don’t forget to take your bike home: the bike-parking will be removed shortly after the event and bikes that are still there will be cut loose.

Public Transport
The Warehouse Elementenstraat is close to the metro station (stop: Isolatorweg). Take Metro line 50/51 to Isolatorweg (leaves every 6 minutes) until 00.47.

Uber
We have a partnership with Uber service to travel to/from Awakenings with 10 euro off your first ride with the special promo code: AwakeAde. Travel easily, fast and comfortable with Uber to your next destination, you will find your driver at the pick up point near the Isolatorweg. Please follow the pre-booked taxi signs.

Taxi
If you come by taxi you need to give your driver the following address; Isolatorweg 36.

You will receive the confirmation email immediately after your booking. Your festival ticket(s) will be sent to you later.
Two weeks prior to the event will you receive your hotel voucher and ticket(s) by email.
Your free copy of the Awakenings book - '20 years of Techno' will be waiting for you at your hotel room.
If you have not received your ticket(s) at this moment, or if you have any other questions regarding your hotel booking, please contact our travel desk at travel@paylogic.com.

During our events we will be working with a deposit system on all cups, cans and bottles we give out at the bars.
We would like to collect as many as possible, to make sure they can be recycled!

This is how it works:
1. At the entrance, after scanning your ticket, you’ll receive 1 free recycle token from us.
2. With each drink you order, you hand in your recycle token or an empty cup, can or bottle.
3. When you’re leaving the venue or you don’t want to have a new drink, you can hand in your empty cup / can or bottle at the bar or at one of the other recycle points. The bar staff will give you your recycle token in return.
4. There is an unique code on the recycle token, after the show you can go to out website and fill out the code, then you have a chance of winning prizes!
