When heading towards the venue: please turn up the brightness of the screen on your phone and download your e-tickets for faster access. No need to print your e-ticket.

Location & Travel
The address of the Ziggo Dome is; De Passage 100, Amsterdam.

The easiest way to travel is by Public Transportation, it's a 5-minute walk from the train/ metro station 'Bijlmer Arena' to the Ziggo Dome. Check the public transportation schedules here.

On the night from Saturday to Sunday, NS runs extra trains, providing service every hour between Centraal and Bijlmer stations, in both directions. Additionally, the metro services will start running from 6:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Recycle system on cups
During all our Awakenings events we are working with a deposit system on all cups, cans and bottles we give out at the bars. We would like to collect as many as possible, to make sure they can be recycled!

Please note; the Ziggo Dome uses a different recycle system than the Gashouder/ Awakenings Festivals.

At the entrance, you will receive 1 recycle token. You can use this to get your first cup for your drink. We ask you to return your used cup to one of our bars when you get a new drink. If you lose your cup or token, you need to pay 1,- for an extra cup. Please throw away your last cup at the end of the show in the designated bins so we can recycle them.
Lockers
Lockers for the Ziggo Dome events are only available at the Ziggo Dome, there is no online pre-sale.

Keep in mind that bags stored at the lockers inside the Ziggo Dome must comply with the bag policy. If your bag does not meet these requirements, you can store your items in the lockers of Lockerpoint, above the entrance of the Ziggo Dome.

Inside of Ziggo Dome
Only handbags that aren’t bigger than the size of an A4-paper (8.27 x 11.69 inches) and no thicker than 10 cm (3.9 inches) are allowed inside. Click here for more info.

Lockers are located next to the cloakrooms. You will need to pay a €2 coin per locker, each time you use it. The dimensions of a locker are 50 x 23,5 x 25,5 cm.

Outside of the Ziggo Dome
Directly above the entrance outside of the Ziggo Dome, Lockerpoint ArenAPoort can be found. You can rent a large locker here for storing luggage that is not allowed inside the venue, such as backpacks, weekend bags, trolleys, a helmet, or suitcases. The luggage lockers are open until 1 hour after the event ends. Visit the Lockerpoint website for more information about the dimensions of the lockers and the price.
Cashless payment
Paying consumptions in the Ziggo Dome is done completely contactless by using a bankcard or creditcard.

Maestro, V-pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.

Would you rather pay with cash? You can do so by using the Ziggo Dome Wallet, which is available at our servicedesks. At these servicedesks, you can upgrade your Ziggo Dome Wallet balance by using cash. More information about paying in the Ziggo Dome is found here.
Rules and regulations at the Ziggo Dome
- Bring your happy face.
- Age 18+ (don't forget your ID).
- Always follow the instructions of the staff, security, and emergency services personnel.
- We have the right to refuse admittance without restitution of entrance fees.
- Before entering, our crew or security can ask for your identification to check your name and age.
- Always respect other visitors, no (sexual) harassment will be tolerated.
- No pets/fireworks/weapons / sharp or dangerous objects are allowed.
- No soft and hard drugs are allowed, so all hash, weed, pills, powders, liquids, mushrooms, and N20 (nitrous oxide/laughing gas) are forbidden.
- Security will thoroughly search everybody before and during the event.
- When drugs are found you will be removed from the event and you might be handed over to the police.
- You're not allowed to bring your own drinks/foods/beverages.
- Store your bags and jackets in our lockers.
- Camera surveillance and metal detectors are part of our and your safety.
- Selfie sticks, professional photo / film / video / audio equipment are not allowed. Standard digital cameras/phones are allowed.
- Club-oriented football shirts or shirts/stickers with offending lyrics/symbols etc. are not allowed.
- Football shirts of national teams are allowed.
- Please keep your shirt on.
- Masks are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the smoking areas, follow the "smoking signs".
- Access is at your own risk. If you feel uncomfortable, please go to our first aid/EHBO/EMS, they are your friends.
- It's forbidden to have commercial activities in and around the festival area, without the agreement of the organization.
- Large flags / inflatable objects are not allowed.
- No entrance after two hours from the end and no re-entrance after leaving the party!
Drugs policy
Awakenings is a zero tolerance event.

No hard drugs are allowed, so all pills, powders, liquids, mushrooms and N20 (nitrous oxide/laughing gas) are forbidden and there will be extra inspections at the entrance and in the venue. Be aware that if security finds any drugs on you, your party will be over and you might be handed over to the police.

Hash/weed is only tolerated at our events at the Gashouder since this takes place in a different part of Amsterdam and other rules apply.
Smoking regulations
We do not sell (e-)cigarettes during our Awakenings events. Due to Dutch regulations, it is forbidden to smoke inside venues. If you still want to smoke, you can go to the designated (outdoor) smoking area.

Note: It is allowed to carry a max of 2 packs of cigarettes per person. For e-cigarettes, complementary liquids are only allowed in sealed packaging.
Pickpockets
Be aware of pickpockets, keep an eye on your bag/phone and leave valuable golden necklaces at home.
If you see anyone suspicious, go to the security and describe the thief.

For your safety, we also installed some cameras, use metal detectors and ask everyone to store jackets and (large) bags in the lockers.
Floorplan
We have multiple bars, toilets and food stands around the venue. The first aid can be found at the back of the room. The lockers and apparel shop are at the entrance area.
Apparel
Visit the Apparel shop to buy one of our splendid Awakenings T-shirts, hoodies, caps, handfans, sun glasses and get your earplugs.
Celebrate Safe
We love being your host, therefore, we would like to ask you to enjoy responsibly and look after each other.

Awakenings, EMS (first aid) and Unity are partners of Celebrate Safe. Remember the medical team is your friend, so do not hesitate to visit our first aid / EHBO.

Social Safety
At Awakenings, we aim to create a safe space where you can be yourself and lose yourself. We value and respect all people. We have a collective responsibility and take care of each other.

If you experience or notice behavior that’s not in line with our values, please check in with each other and know that our (social safety) staff is always there for you. At the toilets, there is a poster with a QR-code which will bring you in contact with the organisation.

Live in the moment - No flash
We encourage you to live in the moment, make memories and minimize the use of your mobile phones. Upon arrival at the event, your camera flash will be taped over with an Awakenings sticker. In this way, we minimize the use of flash as this can be bothering artists and fellow visitors. When taking pictures and videos, please respect that some visitors might not want to be photographed or filmed.
Medication
If it is necessary to bring your medication to the event, you need to bring an official declaration of your doctor. In case of doubt, our First Aid crew (EMS) will check your medication and declaration.

Do we need to personalize our tickets?
Yes you will need to personalize your tickets for all our events.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
If the event is sold out, it is not possible to buy tickets at the venue. Please check Ticketswap to see if there are any tickets offered.
How can I get in touch for ticket questions?
Didn't find your answer? Please have a look at the FAQ of our ticketing customer support. Still haven't found your answer? You can contact them through their contact form and they will answer your question within 48 hours.
I lost my ticket, what should I do?
Please try to search for 'Paylogic' in your inbox and also check your spam folder.
If this doesn't get you any results, please go to consumer.paylogic.nl/tickets, so we can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation e-mail to your mail address.
I have a ticket but I cannot attend anymore, can I still sell my ticket through Ticketswap?
You can still sell your ticket through Ticketswap (after the personalization).
